Licensee Fee:  RM60,000

Interior Design Fee: Less than 1000 sq ft – RM15,000. More than 1,000 sq ft – RM25,000.

Technical support & set up fees:  RM35,000 – RM60,000 (depending on size of outlet)

Security Deposit:  RM10,000

Contract Term:  Five years

First Renewal: 3 years @RM7,500 per year

All above fees are non refundable (except for Security Deposit).

Royalty Fee:  3%

Advertising& Marketing Fee: 1%

Support Fee:  1%

All above fees are calculated on your outlet’s monthly gross sales.

Set-up cost and renovation cost will depend on the size and build-up area of your outlet. We have our own appointed designers  but you may appoint your own contractor or our panel contractors to do renovation work.

The standard size of an outlet is 1,500 sq ft inclusive of the kitchen. The standard size of a kiosk is 500 sq ft including the kitchen.

We will advise and assist in all aspects – location selection, site visitation, outlet layout design, renovation work,  permit application, staff recruitment,  equipment, furniture and tools, crockery items, business accounting system, stock supply and inventory, stock ordering procedures, suppliers’ list, etc; all in accordance with the whole operation system and guideline, and according to our IPO concept. As soon as renovation work starts, a one-month intensive training  will be conducted  for you and/or your appointed manager as well as your crew on all the necessary skills and expertise to run an IPO outlet. Expected set-up dateline is two to six months. We will be providing ongoing training and on-site support by sending an experienced set-up team to assist your crew at your outlet during the opening; for approximately 1-2 weeks to supervise the operations and ensure smooth running. Ongoing technical and advisory support will be extended to all licensees at all times. Our managerial team will conduct regular auditing at all IPO outlets to ensure good food quality and services are maintained.
